Identify This Smoker?
Went to a BBQ comp a few years ago and saw this motorized rotisserie smoker.
I think it is built in Missouri? Anybody recognize the manufacturer? |

Looks like the "All-Star" model from American Barbecue Systems...maybe it was an early prototype or perhaps a DIY copy.

Wow, the shelves are not very deep on those. And you only pick up 2" going from 36" to 48" diameter.
