I am excited to announce Craig Sharry, Pitmaster of Texas Pepper Jelly and Myself will be doing a class in Texas. Below is the flyer, but give us a day or two to get the web site ready for sign ups. This class will be held on a ranch about 45 minutes out of Austin TX. Easy access from a major airport, one hotel close (rest are with in 30 minutes), Learn 2 method, 2 styles (KCBS & TX), 2 Pitmaster, 1 weekend. It will be a tell all class.
