Default Do you Smoke your Chicken or Grill your Chicken at a Contest?

Purely out of curiosity, at a contest do you smoke your Chicken or grill your Chicken? Choking your Chicken is not an option.

We do both smoke til done then sauce a throw on grill to finish.

I cook low and slow on the Weber kettle using the indirect method and a Minion style fire with small cherry chunks. I use Todd's Performer when I cook with HawgsNHeifers. That Performer is a chicken cooking machine!
