Chix fried bacon
Just saw this on tv. Guy in Texas that owns Sodolaks chix fries his bacon. I just made some thick cut applewood smoked stuff and am so gonna try this.

There is a guy in Murfreesboro, TN that fries bacon then crumbles it and puts it on Maple glazed donuts. He says that when he does that it fries all of the fat out of it and only leaves the meat.
