Decided go with some chicken halves for sundays smoke session. Hit these with combo of Grit an Grind from swine life bbq, so good on chicken. The jealous devil charcole did its thang like always providing HOT clean smoke , threw in few apple chunks for flavor worked out perfect ! finished off with some tillmans bbq sauce for that great looking shine and tatse.

Jason, Thanks for the update and the link brother.
I saw Lee selling the trailer on a Facebook Marketplace and was concerned that maybe they were quitting. They are too good to call it so soon.
Went to the new web site and it looks great.
