Hello, I just wanted to stop in and introduce myself. My name is Chris and I've been smoking for about a decade. I live in VT., and my arsonal consists of a 22 and 26" Weber kettles as well as a 22" WSM.

I look forward to learning new things here, and hopefully be able share some of my knowledge.
