You all need a break from looking at bbq

Sorry, but I don't need a break from bbq.
I get on a Bbq site to learn about bbq. Not at all interested in end product only pics. I want to know what you did, what you cooked on, what temp etc. One of the biggest problems I have with this site is the threads with only the fancy pants plated pics. They mean nothing to me. Don't take this the wrong way, I just want to know how you got there. Seems like too many people get on here just to toot their own horn.
