Heading to Las Vegas, Where is the BBQ?

Hi folks. I am heading to a work related convention/seminar in Sin City this Saturday morning.

I did a couple of searches for BBQ joints in Las Vegas, and only found the large chains, or a "regular" restaurant, which also serves BBQ. I know I won't be in West Texas, so the choices might be slim, but where can I get some decent BBQ?

A few of my friends where there last month, they said rick from pawn stars bbq place was reallly good. They brought me rubs n sauce home; I haven’t used them yet though, so can’t comment on them.

Head over to Tacos El Gordo when you’re there. Get the adobada al pastor tacos! Amazing! There are two locations. One at the top of the strip across from Wynn Encore. There are sometimes long lines but worth whatever the wait is. Mexican BBQ!
