New category.....I’m thinking lamb chops! But I haven’t been following the TD’s for all that long, so I don’t know if it’s something you guys have already done recently? And thanks for you guys running this thing!

Actually, we've never had a Lamb Chop Throwdown before, so this will be our first! :thumb:

You may submit entries that are cooked from Friday 8/17 through Tuesday 9/4.

Entry pictures must be submitted by Noon Central US Time on Tuesday 9/4.

Hi Moose,

I dunno. It sure was fun giving them out, but I just got back and maybe things have moved on with the Brethren. Maybe you guys are all Lamb Farkers now and the time of giving out awards has passed. Anyway, lets just see how it goes for now.

Well, I have some bad news and some good news. Last Sunday I cooked some lamb chops.... as in BEFORE the Throwdown opened.

The good news is, I have a new box of racks in the freezer. :thumb: I'll get in this one I hope.
