Default Couple of latest cooks (pron)

I've been busy lately, so here are some of latest cooks.
Thanksgiving turkey was brined with naturiffic. Excellent flavor. Smoked at 280° or so for about 4hr 15 min in the wsm. I was also responsible for the apple pie.

Next was a 2" New York. Wife likes it a little on the rare side. I prefer mine closer to med-rare. Grilled on the kettle over coals approx 600° or so. Approx 5-6min per side

I also had to include a picture of my son and what he got for his birthday. Tell me this wouldn't make a great advertisement.
Hope you enjoy as much as I did. Haha
