Default Bought 80lbs of chicken and..

Decided today was a good day to smoke some of the 80lbs of chicken we bought the other day (for the next few months after the baby comes)

Menu:
2 pork tenderloin in bourbon bbq marinade
3+lbs chicken breasts
2+lbs chicken thighs

Soy/salt/sugar/oil/water brine.

KosmoQs Dirty Bird gluten free rub.

@ 265-275 for 3-4ish hours
