Default Rusted Hunsaker

This was purchased used locally and I left it outside under a tarp thinking that was ok. What is the best way to clean this up and which part of it is not necessary to clean? Thanks in advance.

I’d spray it down with Pam and fire it up. Your food won’t touch any of that rusted surface. Are the grates ok?

Scrape the lid and spray it with Pam and spray the rest of the drum. Load it up and cook.
