Lazy Man's Spam and Eggs

Y'all might have noticed a lot of laziness in the Q-talk forum lately.

I don't always have time to enter the Throwdowns but I have some this weekend.

I was trying to decide what to cook that would demonstrate just how lazy I am. Then I noticed the "Spam Cookoff" Throwdown started on Friday. https://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=295748

What could be lazier than using one cook for two throwdowns?
I started getting hungry around 10:00 because I was too lazy to open the fridge when I finally got my lazy butt out of bed at around 9:00ish.
Time to whip up some Spam an eggs on the Blackstone.
I was too lazy chop the Spam or slice the cheese so I delegated those tasks to someone else.
I knew that I would be too lazy to wash any dishes so I wrapped it all up in a tortilla on a paper plate.


Now if only I wasn't too lazy to actually enter the throwowns.

Actually it was breakfast for lunch by the time I got my lazy butt off the couch to get started.:laugh:

I used Sharp Cheddar and I did have to rest up before I went back for seconds.
