Lucky for you guys that you're finding a much better quality product. I've had great luck with Costco Primes at between $3.49-3.99 / Lb. My overall best results have actually been the Choice Superior Angus (CAB) from Restaurant Depot. Great price and consistently tasty results each time.
I think Tyson's hires meat cutters with Parkinson's or something. The briskets always look like they succumbed to sabre wounds at the Battle of Shiloh.
