Howdy, y'all
Just introducing myself, based in TX, and am looking forward to the fellowship of fellow smokers and 'cue fanatics! I've been tinkering with smoking for about 20 years now and am always looking to learn and grow. This is definitely part art and part science, which keeps things interesting. I own an LSG Insulated Vertical Smoker, a BGE, a weber kettle, a Yoder YS640s, and just today pulled the trigger on an LSG offset 24x48. More toys = more fun!
