I am cooking a bunch of turkey legs for a kids potluck this weekend. we will be outside at a park and I am trying to decide the best way to serve them and minimize trash/cleanup.

I am thinking that I could get square foil sheets from Restaurant Depot and wrap them individually or serve them in the paper "boats".

Any thoughts or better ideas?

David

Cooked 80 legs today. 90 min @ 300°, they dipped in herb butter and 45 min more.

Wrapped in foil and into the warmer.

I "sold" them all in 3 hours.

Rave reviews - one lady bought one leg and walked off. She came back 5 min later and bought 7 more.

This says it all. I'll work all day on my feet for something/someone like that.

Sounds like you nailed it, brother.

A few years ago a friend was buying t-legs for a song and selling them for $8 bucks, made a obscene profit.
What are purchase prices vs selling point today?
