Default Baby back ribs on the Hunsaker

Wife wanted ribs for dinner last night. So did I actually

I prefer STL style but for dinner wanted a little more meat so I went to the grocery store and picked up a rack of baby backs. Rubbed with Money and hung on the Hunsaker with a couple chunks of apple.

Turned out pretty good. The wife seemed to enjoy them

Those look great. I cooked ribs last night too but on the PBC. I've been thinking of getting a Hunsaker.
