Confess me father, for I have sinned. It has been a long time since my last confession. I would like to confess that I have not used any of my smokers or barbeques in over a month. I have been very busy, but that is no excuse not to bbq. As my act of contrition, I will bbq a london broil on my 22" Weber Kettle on this cold NY night. Amen! ray:

Between being busy, and my arthritis acting up, I haven't even fired up my gasser in over a month. I was going to rectify that today, by smoking some bacon wrapped stuffed chicken thighs, but I watched the Browns beat up my Pats instead.
