Default Pictures of my New Shirley Fabrication Cooker

Just got my new smoker from Paul and Tyler of Shirley Fabrication! These guys know their stuff...I saw a cabinet model in their custom trailer models on their site shirleyfabrication.com and spoke to Paul about making something similar. I told him what I was thinking about and he took it and ran with it! The pit is 40"deep, 60"tall, and 96 " long, 1 / 4 " plate and built like a tank! Check them out on their Facebook page where they post all the videos and pictures. These guys are the best as they send pictures of the build as it is progressing, and consult with you on every conceivable detail. This thing holds well over 1000lbs. of meat per cook!

Thanks guys! Im still a little bit in shock over owning it...planning on seasoning and burning some meat later this week! I will post some pic when I do. It weighs in the neighborhood of 3000#'s and man my back is feeling it today! However, it actually is pretty easy to move around.

How big are your grates in the cook chamber? Very impressive pit you got there. I'm sure you'll love it. Paul and Tyler are jam up!!

That is amazing! Can you actually reach the top grates on that rig or do you need a ladder???

Yeah the neighbors are already planning the block party...which is fine with me, I cant wait to fill this monster up! There are 5 grates at 40"x70"...3 Grates in the warmer/cooker measure at 24"x40". Thanks for the compliments! I love what Tyler and Paul did at Shirley Fabrications! These guys are the top-notch builders in the industry...hands down! Nicest people you will ever meet...I had a Lang 84 Deluxe, sold it to make room for this beast, and the quality of this is like comparing a Ferrari (Shirley Fabricator Pit) to a Toyota (Lang)...both great cookers, just the Shirley Pit is hands down the custom race model with all the extra detail...for a better price!
