Snagged some decent back beef bones at Wal-Mart the other day.
My favorite local chain store has closed 4 of there 5 stores in the last 2 weeks here, my nearest full service meat mkt is now about 30 miles from here.
Cooked them for about 7 hours on the BGE at 225 Saturday afternoon.
Wife got out of work late, they were a tad bit dry.

I will reheat them in the oven shortly with some warm Coca Cola, will rehydrate them a bit and they will be great for supper tonite.

Thanks for looking.

They look great Bull! Beef ribs are my favorite!!:-D

Bet they got some great smoke! What kind of wood chunks did you use if any? I love JD oak with my beef.

Those are some good lookin' ribs! I don't see beef ribs around here very often; I'll have to special order some soon!

I used 3 tennis ball sized chunks of cherry wood.
That was KC Quer or Scott's favorite wood for a mild flavor.

I used a light sprinkle of Klose Poultry rub on them.
