Default No sear ribeye's

Picked up a couple ribeye's which I was going to cook yesterday but life got in the way. Seasoned with some salt and pepper.

At the turn on the 18" WSM

Done and time for a rest

Plated up with a quinoa, brown rice and red bean blend.

Thanks for looking

any reason you omitted the sear? I've heard Ronnelle mention he doesn't sear prime rib, just curious

I was feeling lazy and the 18" wsm was closest to the back door, it seemed the easiest way to cook while I spent time on the couch.

Nice steaks!! I haven't seen anything that wasn't cooked to perfection come off of your grill.
