Any recommendations for a good one to use on brisket?

I like this one because you can get 9" blades for it but the color is obnoxious...

We use the blue version of this...The piranha. Love it.

We use the Piranha as well. Great knife.

We use the Cuisinart CEK-50. It is a rechargeable battery powered electric knife. I don't have to deal with the cord being in the way or where I set my knife when I'm done. I can put it wherever I need to and not worry about the cord getting in my sauce or brushing the top of the meat.

However, it looks like it may be discontinued on the Cuisinart site. If you can find one, it is the way to go.

The Cuisinart with the cord has served me well. Good ergonomics with the offset blade.

Cuisinart cordless for me too. We don't work out of a trailer, so cordless is nice to have.
