Hi all,

I decided to enter my grilling skills in some competitions, so I am searching web to learn how and thought it couldn't hurt to find others who love to grill.

See that I posted this thread as a reply. I've got a lot to learn on this. Anyhow I own a Char Griller grill in a box with added side car. In the near future (as soon as wife lets me) I am building my own grill. Open for ideas.
