Default Bacon, Swiss, Patty Melts on Sourdough..Pron

I was going to make some pizza on the gasser, but when I got the the store I got a sudden craving for a patty melt a la BobBrisket. Good stuff and I'm sure I farked up my cholesterol.

The two patties on the griddle are bathing in bacon grease. Lucky farkers.

Self explanatory!

Here's the Swiss cheese giving the bacon and beef a big juicy cheesy reacharound!

Ready for consumption. I had to add some veggies for the sake of the arteries!

And some pickled peppers........I'm stuffed!! All served up on our finest weekday and weekend China!

Some of those smoked maters of yours would have been the icing on the patty melt.

Thanks all!

Looks awesome. Only thing that would have made it better for me was some sauteed mushrooms hiding under that cheese with the bacon.
