For a mid week dinner this turned out quite good.

A CAB Eye Round roast paired with Twice Baked Potatoes. The roast was seasoned with Oakridge Santa Maria Grill seasoning, which is the first time I've used it. The potatoes with EVOO, S&P.

The roast, russets and some bacon out on the Bubba Keg this afternoon -

I pulled the roast off at around 128, let it rest. In the meantime I prepared the Twice Baked spuds by cutting them in half, scooping out the flesh, mixing it with sour cream, milk, S&P and a blend of cheeses. Spooned into the skins, topped with more cheese and back onto the Keg -

Roast ready for slicing -

Nice Medium Rare -

And plated with some of that local Wachusett Green Monstah Ale -

And yes, it was as good as it looks. Nice flavor from the Oakridge seasoning.

Thanks for checking out tonite's dinner!
