1st pb on kettle
This is the first time I cooked a pork butt on my performer. I think it turned out great.
Started with a charcoal snake that lasted the full 7hours of the cook. At a temp of 155 the bark looked good so I wrapped it up on a bed of onions and jalapenos and mixed in some Stubbs sweet heat and put her back on. At 205 I pulled it and let it rest for an hour. Man it turned out great. So I thought I would enter it into the big butt throwdown. Of course it smelled so good it was battle to get Hershey away from the grill.: Sorry the pictures came out upside down.I don't know how to fix that. Thank You for looking.
