Or.. 3rd Shelf Tacos. Just take any and everything from 3rd shelf and below and wrap it up in a coconut tortilla. Blue cheese and hot sauce with a squeeze of lime was really good.

Chicken bacon avocado blue cheese lime black olive Amarillo Sauce

Sitting here drinking coffee for supper. An ad just crossed of a new store opening half way across town. 10# bacon $10.

Now I’m hungry

Here they are. Low Glycemic tortillas. Siete is another brand. I find them at The Vitamin Plus inside Drug Emporium. Siete imho tastes better but they cost 4-5X as much

These aren’t going to give you the same smile as a traditional fluffy flour nor buttered corn tortilla, but they are a good substitute
