BBBB ~ Buckboard Bacon Benedict Breakfast

Thawed out some Buckboarded loin last night, and warmed it up this morning.

Melted some Colby Jack and put 'er on a slice of toast.

Laid an egg.... :mrgreen:

Sort of improvised and went with the natural hollandaise sauce.

Well... hollandaise is egg yolk, lemon juice, butter and seasonings, and this was kind of impromptu... so I popped the yolk and called it good.

Well... hollandaise is egg yolk, lemon juice, butter and seasonings, and this was kind of impromptu... so I popped the yolk and called it good.

I can't tell you how many times I wanted Hollandaise, and stopped at the 1st ingredient - 1 stick of butter. No. So I approve of your method!!
