Question Round/cubed steak ideas

Does anybody have a really good ideas for either of these steaks. I will be preparing them inside (too cold for grilling) Any ideas would be appreciated.

Yeah, country fried for sure. Do some biscuits and gravy along with it.
Unless you are looking for something leaner. In which case you can marinade the snot out of them and go fajitas. You can do that with just aboot anything ;)

Definitely like the Chicken Fried idea. We've also sliced it up, sauteed with onions and shrooms, melted swiss over the top, and made cheese steak sandwiches.

I love chickenfried too. Sometimes I make baked steak with them and bake them in the smoker instead of an oven..

http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...ad.php?t=68131

They are pretty tasty with a touch of smoke.

Could slice them up and do steak fingers too. That's still country fried...

Another Vote for Chicken Fried steak! Biscuits and Gravy.

Salisbury Steak is another option. In the Pressure cooker.
