This was a painless weeknight cook. Usually I use a pork shoulder but this is impossible during the week so I used a pork loin that cooks up way faster
Made the mojo marinade the night before with orange and blood oranges
In went the small loin to marinate overnight for the next night
Next night I fired up the Jumbo Joe
Didn't take long
I had Italian, ciabatta and pretezel rolls at home. Why not? :mrgreen:
First the ciabatta with mustard, pepper jack cheese, loin roast
Provolone, ham and pickles next
Hot CI pan
Pressed
Looking about right
And done
Sliced and served :nod:
Same thing with the pretezel and Italian rolls
