Default UDS Pork Loin, round 2

Today it's a 2 pound boneless pork loin, 1 pound of turkey bacon and 2 small tilapia fillets.

Smoked on the leftover lump from the first batch and I added apple wood again. This time I'm in no rush to pull the pork and I've got the temp set at 235. I thought I'd add the bacon and fish in an hour and half and so how it goes.
