Default 22lbs of shoulder on the PBC

Cooking there butts for tomorrow's office party. Injected with Chris Lilly's apple juice injectio and ruled down one my favorite pork rub. Adding a few hickory chunks as well. Hope everything turns out when I check it in the morning

Just pulled and wrapped everything at about 170. Normally I do not like to wrap but due to time constrains what can you do.

The butts turned out very good and moist. Total cook time was around 9.5 hrs and then they rested for 3.

I have done a few over night cooks with the pbc also and it performed flawlessly, for the price maybe the best cooker on planet earth .......

I will say tha I am not sure if the injection added much flavor but I certainly think it made the should more moist. I could be wrong though
