Final Update:

Got some really nice smoke rings.....

First Butt;

Its smoke ring;

Its clean bone;

Pulled;


Second Butt:

Its smoke ring;


So all in all it was a great success:-D:-D.

The second butt was sprinkled with only very very light sea salt, garlic, and ground pepper. The first butt was hit with the same and hot pepper flakes, brown sugar, bone suckin sauce. Both tasted great and I would deffinatley do it again.
