Rub Co. hot and fast spares

I received my rub samples from Ryan at the Rub Co. recently and just got around to trying it out on a rack of spares. I really liked the rub and it was spicy but not too spicy. I cooked the spares hot and fast in 3 hours and they came out great. I didn't use any sauce that way the rub would stand out and it was delicious! Thanks again Ryan I really appreciate it and look forward to trying out your other rubs.
