My best ribs yet
Just took some spares off. Plowboys Yardbird rub with Blues Hog sauce mixed 1/2 and 1/2 (original and Tennessee red). They were so good.

Those look awesome! For someone who has never tried Yardbirds what is the flavor profile? I mean is it sweet, salty, hot?

Best ribs I've made I used that same combo. It's a definite winner.
