Default My best ribs yet

Just took some spares off. Plowboys Yardbird rub with Blues Hog sauce mixed 1/2 and 1/2 (original and Tennessee red). They were so good.

Those look awesome! For someone who has never tried Yardbirds what is the flavor profile? I mean is it sweet, salty, hot?
