Default Late afternoon pron tri-tip/chicken

Made a tri tip, and some chicken 1/4s and thighs today. Rubbed tri tip with EVOO and a mix of Oakridge Santa Maria and Oakridge Beef and Pork Competition rub ratio 2:1 ( FARKING AWESOME!!!!!) and brined chicken couple hours and rubbed with Oakridge secret weapon no sauce!!! Awesome!!!!

I'd pull that TT off sooner next time, medium rare is the ticket.

pulled it at IT 125 and wrapped in foil for 20 minutes my camera doesnt really show the rare side

nice and Crispy!!! didnt sauce it so it would stay crispy,, I got lucky and pulled it off at the proper time!!!! It was really good
