Pork in Cryo

Ordered a couple butts and received them on the 5th. Perfectly packed in cryo. Went a little longer than expected and want to smoke them
Tomorrow with a wet aged prime from creekstone for my first cook on the outlaw. Too long for pork in the fridge or ok?

If the cryo is still tight,you are good to go.If not,rinse them off,smell them after the rinse and let your nose be the guide.Pork has a strong smell sometimes after being released from the cryo.If it lingers after a rinse,I am out.That chit is too cheap to make somebody sick.

Yeah it’s tight. Noticed more blood in the bag but it’s tight

No worries.Wash it off really good and smoke em up.Cryo pork has a funky smell sometimes,usually,after it is rinsed,it goes away.Good luck.
