Beef ribs on the PBC

Really enjoyed cooking these ribs on the pit barrel using R Butts R Smokin beef rub, I used quite sparingly as it’s quite salty and it came out great, really enhanced the beefiness.
I think I prefer beef ribs to brisket, in the U.K. everything is grass fed so readily available brisket can be very lean.
Pbc done the business in about 4.5 hours.

Great looking bones! Plate ribs are my favorite, You get lots of nice bark on every bite and you don't have to get up at 3am to start cookin... Thanks for sharing with us!
