5 hours in. Just check IT for the first time and hit 160 on the nose.
Wrapped and "sauced" with remaining injection on bottom of foil.
Applied a little honey, my rum and squeezey buttah. I'll pull it off around 180 so I can place it back on unwrapped to tack the bark up and pull it off at 195. Then off to the cooler coffin to think about it fer a while.

It really smells insain.

Hubs is on the list though...I'm out of Hendricks.

What's the over/under on him bringing golf buddies over...hungry buddies???

It's probin soft and anywhere from 193 to 187.
Pulled it out of foil to tack up.

Smelling good!
