Default Hello from Raleigh NC

Hey all,

Almost every time I search the Internet for anything BBQ I get a hit on this board so I figured it is time to join. I have been smoking for awhile but during the pandemic have really gotten into it. Here is my gear listing in order of acquisition.

18" WSM - Heavily modified
Napolean P500 Natural Gas
PK360
SmokeDaddy Vertical Pellet Smoker (Arrives soon and am excited to get cooking with it!)

Looking forward to getting advice and providing when I think I can add some value to the conversation.
