Default Pepper-stout pulled beef on Kamado Joe

Hi all,
had the chance to watch both NFL Championship games yesterday and decided to smoke up a batch of pepper-stout pulled beef sammies:

1. rubbed the chuck roast with siracha and Montreal steak seasoning then onto the Kamado Joe Classic at 250f with some pecan chunks

2. cooked to an I.T. of 160f

3. got other ingredients ready

4. chopped up the veg & mixed with 1/4c Worcestershire and 12 oz of Guiness Stout then wrapped with foil and cooked to 210 I.T.

5. Pulled and made sammies

the beef was so tender and flavorful that it melted in your mouth!!

yes, the beef flavor is amazing. The Stout mixes with the Worcestershire, Veggies and beef broth to make an outstanding flavor that does not taste like beer.

give it a try, im sure that youd like it. the beef was melt-in-mouth tender.

The color on that beef is outstanding. Looks like you used the Joe as a roasting oven. Nice versatility.
