Default Wings on the Kamado Joe BigJoe, Plenty of PICS

Last Saturday we attended a little get together for the Pats Game. I took care of the wings.

2.5 lbs dusted with a mix of (6 tbs chili powder, 4 ts ground cumin, 4 ts ground coriander.)

2.5 lbs dusted Kamado Joe Honey BBQ rub.

cooked indirect at 300 F for 60 min.

the chili powder got a nice level of caramelization. everyone thought the KJ wings were the best. I have already had people request them for next time. this cook has inspired me to do a little more with this rub.

Enjoy the photos,
Ben
