Default Kosmos Steak

Did a steak with all Kosmos...equal parts Cow Cover, Hot Cow Cover, and his newish SPG. Finally had enough time to cook on the PK where I feel really comfortable with it.

It will probably be my steak go to. I brushed it with garlic butter a few times which I normally don't do, but all in all the flavor was probably one of the best I have cooked.

I did one with Cow Cover Hot and their Texas rub the other day. There was something off about it. My PK arrives on Friday so I plan on many trials to hopefully get the same results as you.

The texas rub was not one of my favorites...toss it for the SPG...much better.
