Fired up the UUNI and made some pizza with my girl.

- Recently, I rewatched the Barbecue episode of Ugly Delicious, and happened upon some Kalbi Marinade, then some beef shorties in the bargain bin at the grocery! It's like it's meant to be.
- I've also had a hankerin' for some more pastrami as of late... and I stumbled onto a really good deal on some precorned brisket point.
