Who’s got a 250 gallon offset?
Do you only use it when your cooking a lot of meat or do you fire up for regular use? I know this one depends a lot on the build but how is the fuel consumption? Does it use too much wood to justify using it for smaller cooks?

The way to make a 250 justifiable for small cooks, is a "warming box" with a damper, that makes it a vertical cooker.
