Florida Fall Brethren Bash Postponed Possibly Spring

For over a month I have been trying to secure a venue for a Florida Brethren Bash in October, and have not been able to.
Some locations were already fully booked, given that that is "tourist season /event season) some were just rejected, and some had high deposits/ regulations that it made it impossible to secure without almost going into debt.
The ones I could book had few ammeneties to make a bash possible.
Biggest problem for me was not having a better "local knowledge" of the areas I am looking at.

I will continue to try to put something together for the April /May time period of 22; which was suggested; unless someone with a larger private area can help.

Thanks for understanding, as I still want there to be a Florida Brethren Bash.

I hear there is a pretty nice piece of property, Maro Lago I think it's called, that I'm sure would allow us to set up.
I guess the itch for people to vacation is still going on, so that is quite understandable. I'll keep my eyes open for an update.
