The Operation BBQ Relief deployment in SW Florida is complete, we cooked about 127,000 meals. Taylor Farms Smokehouse out of Tennessee once again brought Hogzilla to help us out. This thing is MASSIVE!!! They were loading about 450 9.5lb butts into them. And Ole Hickory also brought out three smaller ones on a trailer that held I believe 75 butts each. I was in awe of this monster, the big one had to be 10-12 ft tall. The trailer & the F450 dualie took up eight parking spots to give you an idea of the size
