Default Men shouldn't try to multi-task!

I'm glad Jeannie gave him the idea for this, it was awesome! I wasn't so sure about the tater crust but it was amazing. Guerry forgot to tell y'all the funny little incident that happened when he was trying to run this idea by me at work. We both work for the State but in different departments/buildings. I opened up my work e-mail and saw that Guerry had sent me a message with the title, "Annual Performance Evaluation Update". I thought wth? When I opened it, well...see below. I'm glad he forwarded it to me, I really needed a good laugh!

You want to get what you’d like to drink and I’ll get some stuff for dinner? Thinking a sliced tater egg pie with mushrooms, spinach, cheese and chopped bell pepper. Make a crust with the taters in a cast iron skillet and let them cook for about 20 minutes or so then add the egg filling.

I know this was not meant for me!

Um, whoops? Sorry Deidra! Guess you know our dinner plans.J

I laughed so hard I thought I was gonna pee on myself! Deidra is Guerry's supervisor . Hey baby, have you told Deidra how it turned out? I'm sure she'd love to know!

Thanks Greg! The funny thing about the recipe was the sour cream and hot water mod. We were completely out of heavy cream, and only enough whole milk for Michele's bedtime glass. Then the combo idea hit me. Worked like a charm, and the tangy sour cream actually added another layer of flavoring. I'll be doing that again I can assure you.

Guerr

Do what you have done or roast up Vegetables of choice, lose half the eggs and use 250ml or whatever of cottage Cheese blended with the remaining eggs,
Lose most of your other cheeses and replace with crumbled Fetta cheese
