I wondering about the no-salt myself. Tony C's is kind of heavy on salt. I wonder about layering seasoned salt, and Strictly Cajun.

If you boys get this low-salt Cajun season thing worked out be sure to let me know. That would be a big accomplishment in my mind. I like several, including Tony’s, but I tend to use Babineaux’s. …

All/most of the flavor and less salt would be a big win. You talented folks work hard and let me know…
