Here is my first attempt at Moink Balls, made them for my Daughters 2nd Birthday Party.

Made my own meatballs (Ground Beef, Bread Crumbs, 2 eggs, milk, Onion & Garlic Powder, and S&P.)



Rolled and about to Wrap with bacon


All wrapped and covered in my homemade pork rub.




On the UDS for 2 hours, then glazed in BBQ sauce for another 20 mins on the Smoker.


The Final Product, was enjoyed by the adults and bigger kids.

Would these qualify? I don't have all the MOINK ball prep shots, but my son and I made these while on a white water rafting trip in W.VA. last summer.

Frozen meatballs, bacon, my homemade rub, all coated with Red Pepper jelly.

Edit - forgot to add, cooked over lump on a weber kettle at the cabin we rented. A chunk of mesquite was thrown in the fire.

As the IMBAS Sergeant of Arms, let me take one more opportunity to say this: the proper spelling requires capitalization of all letters in the word, "MOINK." MOINK balls, or MOINK Balls are both acceptable. Heck even MOINK BALLS would be okay.

Show proper love and respect for the yummy goodness that is MOINK.

Failure to do so may result in fines and public embarrassment.
